These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services and products
provided by Square Mobile LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) through our e-commerce platform
(“Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If
you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Platform.

1. Account Registration

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on our Platform.
1.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
1.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account

2. Product Information

2.1 We strive to provide accurate and detailed product descriptions, including pricing, availability, and specifications.
2.2 We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
2.3 We cannot guarantee the availability of products, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion

3. Order Acceptance and Payment

3.1 Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order for any reason.
3.2 By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the total amount of the order, including shipping fees and applicable taxes.
3.3 Payment must be made in full before the order is processed and shipped.
3.4 We hold a $200 purchase limit for 24 hours per account

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 We strive to process and ship orders promptly; however, we do not guarantee specific delivery dates or times.
4.2 Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process and may vary based on location and shipping method.
4.3 Risk of loss and title for products passed to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 We only accept returns within 7 days from the delivery date
5.2 Returned products must be in their original condition, unless defective and customer will
have to pay for return shipping. (please contact customer service)
5.3 Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5.4 If the item is defective, we will provide shipping costs for the return.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on our Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Square Mobile LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on our Platform without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use or inability to use our Platform or products.
7.2 Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or our Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products or services in question.

8. Indemnification

8.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Square Mobile LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of our Platform, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
9.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Arbitration Association or Organization].
